What’s been happening:

Since graduating with an Industrial Engineering BS degree in August of 1994, I have worked with glass to make light bulbs, plastic to make bottles and then later grocery bags, and now for over 2 years have been working with glass again but this time making fiberglass building insulation. I have also been trained in LeanSigma Kaizen to improve our manufacturing process and reduce costs. My Penn State years prepared me for my career and gave me the tools I would need to succeed.
